At Foundry Fusion, we manufacture custom-made sportswear, uniforms, and apparel based on each client’s requirements. To ensure clarity, please review our refund and cancellation terms before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation without any charges.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation is subject to costs already incurred (materials, labor, sampling).
  • Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted.

2. Refunds

Since our products are custom-made, refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • If the delivered items are significantly different from the approved design or purchase order.
  • If the order is damaged during transit, provided proof is shared within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds will not apply to:

  • Minor variations in color, fabric, or stitching that fall within acceptable manufacturing tolerances.
  • Delays caused by customs, shipping companies, or factors outside our control.
  • Orders produced correctly as per approved sample/design.

3. Replacements & Adjustments

  • In case of defects or errors verified by our team, we will offer replacement products or adjustments at no additional cost.
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order, along with photos or evidence.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Samples are non-refundable.
  • Custom branding (labels, packaging, embroidery, printing) is non-refundable once produced.
